Born of Saint Lucian parents, Mr. Sifflet is a veteran of the US Navy where he served as a logistics specialist. Mr. Sifflet is also a veteran and founder of 4 successful restaurant concepts prior to opening Extra Butter. Over his lifetime Mr. Sifflet has established personal relationships with the best vendors and providers from around the world.
Mr. Sifflet's relationships have allowed Extra Butter to continue to source and deliver the highest quality Seafood products at the lowest prices, while our competitors are forced to raise prices and settle for lower quality and less consistent products.
